Gateway social clubs are a great way for young adults and older to meet individuals, just like them, in their local area. Run on a weekly basis across Newcastle Emlyn and the surrounding areas, Mencap Ceredigion manages these gatherings to help those with disabilities connect, come out of their shells and have fun!

Our social clubs may look like all fun and games but they're much more than that. Through these meet ups we encourage everyone to take part in both individual and group activities, to help each person feel valued and part of their community. With these types of activities, Mencap Ceredigion is working to combat the isolation that many disabled individuals can feel, through fun, laughter and togetherness.
